Soplica Raspberry is a Polish fruit-flavoured liqueur that is made from high-quality grain alcohol, raspberry juice, and natural fruit extracts. The name "Soplica" comes from a famous Polish novel, where it was the name of a family of landed gentry. The liqueur has a rich red colour and a sweet, fruity aroma that is dominated by the scent of fresh raspberries. On the palate, it has a slightly tart, yet smooth and velvety texture, with a delicate balance between the sweetness of the fruit and the intensity of the alcohol. Soplica Raspberry can be enjoyed on its own, served chilled or over ice, or mixed with sparkling water or lemonade to create a refreshing cocktail.
