Soplica Lemon - Raspberry is a flavoured vodka liqueur that combines the tangy taste of lemon with the sweet and fruity flavour of raspberry. It is one of the many variations of Soplica, a traditional Polish brand of flavoured vodka liqueurs. The liqueur is made by infusing high-quality grain spirit with natural extracts of lemon, raspberry and sweetening it with sugar. It has a bright pink colour and a fruity aroma with a hint of citrus. On the palate, it has a balanced flavour profile with the tartness of lemon and the sweetness of raspberry, and a slightly syrupy texture. Soplica Lemon - Raspberry is often served chilled or over ice as a refreshing aperitif or digestif.
