Slingsby distillery crafted the Rhubarb Gin as a "development gin," starting with the London Dry Gin base made with locally sourced botanicals and crafted in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. Once the initial spirit was created, the master craftsmen at Slingsby then infused with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb from the area's famous "Rhubarb Triangle," a place known to produce the finest plants.
