Slingsby distillery crafted the Rhubarb Gin as a "development gin," starting with the London Dry Gin base made with locally sourced botanicals and crafted in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. Once the initial spirit was created, the master craftsmen at Slingsby then infused with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb from the area's famous "Rhubarb Triangle," a place known to produce the finest plants. The gin is exceptionally pure, complemented with water drawn from the famous Harrogate aquifer, known throughout the world for the purity of the water. It's a pure grain spirit, with a handful of the freshest ingredients sourced from around the world. Enjoy this gin in a fruity cocktail, allowing the tart-sweetness of the rhubarb to shine through.
