RUM Co. of Fiji’s award-winning Ratu Dark Rum is aged for 5 years in charred oak barrels, then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji. Savoury, smoked oak aromas with an earthy, leathery character give away to the rich sweetness of molasses and the warmth of liquorice.
