Cane sugar caramel E150a (% volume) : Between 0% and 0.1%

Nose : Vanilla and chocolate, cocoa, winy, old cellar, molasses, spices like white pepper and cinnamon

Palate : Pastry-like yet dry with milky, chocolate, honey, coconut and nutty notes, peppery and green tones

Finale : Old Port, cocoa, pollen.
