Named after Rev. Stiggins, a character in Charles Dicken's "Pickwick Papers," Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum is one of the most unique rums you are ever likely to come across. It begins life as a dark plantation-style rum. Then it is mixed with the barks of fresh Queen Victoria pineapples. The resulting spirit is distilled once more and then blended back with the fruit infusion. The resulting spirit has a mouth-watering pineapple bouquet and fruity flavour rich with cloves and slight tones of smoke and mangoes. A truly refreshing tipple when the sun is high and the thermometer is climbing.
