Blending well with the barrel proof is smoothy, oaky flavours. The barrels are selected from the heart of Pappy Van Winkles Kentucky warehouse. The bourbon has remained untouched for 15 years, not hurried by time.
This bourbon is a copper, hazy colour. The palate has a rich, supple entry, followed by large, full-bodied flavours of caramel, peppery brown spices, and toffee. The finish is extreme, complex, and large with hints of wood and spice notes.
