Lord Byron Pure Single Rum Red Wine Cask is a unique, small-batch rum made with local molasses and spring water, double distilled in copper pot stills, and matured for 3 years in refired red wine casks. It's a premium spirit, having earned Gold awards at the LSC 2021 and ADSC 2022 competitions. 

Featuring a unique nose of burnt butterscotch toffee, black pepper, vanilla cream, nutmeg, golden syrup, and orange peel. On the palate, it offers a complex mix of Christmas cake, golden syrup, nutmeg, liquorice, fruit, and caramel spice, culminating in a long and lingering dry finish.
