This special single malt starts where Lark's Central Highlands peat bog and the wild landscape meet.
In order to create the best Tasmanian single malt whisky, the lark distillery had to find its very own peat. Having identified the perfect source of peat, they have been able to distinguish this whisky from many others through its unique flavour profile. Post-malt smoked barley provides chocolatey and earthy roasted coffee notes that can be attributed to some of the world's most famous drams.
