This new late 2021 Lark bottling promises to take your tastebuds on a trip from Tasmania to Italy. Head Distiller, Chris Thomson turned to the local liqueur house, 'Osare', who blend Italian spirit-making traditions with modern methods and native botanicals to uncover creations uniquely evocative of Tasmania. Thomson seasoned Lark whisky casks using their Amaro. The result is a sibling to his award-winning Chinotto Cask Single Malt. Expect vibrant citrus, gingerbread and fresh apple notes on the nose with a bittersweet taste of toffee, tangerine and orange oil. The outturn is 1310 bottles. 44.5% Alc./Vol.
