After enthusiastic customer feedback for their cask strength inaugural release, ‘Full Noise’, the crew at Kinglake decided to make it part of their core range. Delivering the same distinctive spirit and ex-Bourbon finish sweetness of their 'OG' whisky, this is bottled straight from stand-out barrels only - namely 50 litre Makers Mark bourbon 'octaves'. The mash-bill consists of three different malts, grown and kilned in New South Wales, together with malt from the Scottish borders in the UK. The cuts are deep to give the heavy, oily spirit Kinglake desires.Fast sold out at the distillery, a small allocation was reserved for select retailers. Bottled on the 13th of October 2022. Very limited stocks.
