The small Scottish Isle of Jura has one pub, one road and one distillery. It is so small that the deer on the island outnumber the people by a considerable number. Being so isolated it shouldn't come as a surprise that people there tend to follow their own path and travel their own journey. Thus, the name Jura Journey. It is a NAS scotch produced from both peated and unpeated malt, double distilled and aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. Light on the tongue, it has a subtle sweetness and gentle smoke edges accented by soft notes of white grapes, pears and hints of citrus.
