This pot still Irish whiskey is crafted from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled, and aged in a variety of barrels including bourbon and sherry casks, as well as three types of virgin oak sourced from Irish, European, and American oak.

Nose: Baking spice, oaken vanilla, toffee apples, dark chocolate, and honeycomb.

Palate: Rich ginger, orange peel, ripe stewed fruits, and vanilla fudge.

Finish: Long with cinnamon and more oak-rich vanilla.
