Ink Dry Gin is crafted in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, following a journey of botanical exploration. This gin's natural floral infusion of Butterfly Pea Flower petals creates a stunning inky blue colour that transforms to a rosy pink when mixed with tonic or lemon juice. Combining traditional and exotic botanicals, juniper, native lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper berries and sweet orange impart a fragrant, full-bodied flavour. Produced by family-owned Husk Distillers in Tumbulgum, Tweed Valley, this is Australia's only plantation rum distillery, sourcing local, organic ingredients for a "paddock to bottle" approach.
