As a single estate boutique winery situated in the west of the Barossa Valley, Hentley Farm is renowned for producing exceptional wines. This particular Shiraz, 'The Beauty', is just one of their many stellar offerings. The vineyard's deep red clay loam soil, located on the eastern bank of Greenock Creek, provides optimal conditions for the vines. With a low topography and north-south orientation, the vines enjoy shaded mornings and cooler temperatures, resulting in ripe yet refined fruit, soft tannins, and elevated aromatics.
