Over the years, Prue`s meticulous research and experimentation together with a commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture have breathed new life into the vineyards. Best known as custodians of Australia’s greatest single vineyard wine Henschke Hill of Grace Shiraz, Henschke also produces a portfolio of compelling premium wines displaying the Henschke signature of fruit purity and elegance.
