Happenstance Gin has bright citrus notes that jostle for attention with the juniper for a fresh, citrus-forward gin. On top of the lemon, mandarin, and lemon myrtle you'll get some spice from fennel and nutmeg, and the strawberry-scented eucalyptus and vanilla combine to give a sweet roundness.
