Our high yield of juniper, coriander, licorice root, and cardamom spike the gin with a herbaceous intensity which is animated by mandarin, native finger lime, and lemon myrtle.
The results are a gin that is bold and refined and sits equally well in a martini, G&T or cocktail. We recommend you try it with a fresh bay leaf and a dry tonic
