This Clase Azul San Luis Potosi Mezcal 750ml is inspired by the legend of San Luis Potosí and captures the essence of the state's desert landscapes. Made with green agave, also known as Maguey Verde, it has a unique aroma of cooked agave, caramel, green chile, and sweet fruit. The decanter, hand-carved by Mazahua artisans, features a vibrant cap crafted by Wixárika artisans, representing a beautiful desert landscape. Its full-bodied palate offers herbal notes with hints of caramel and lime zest, and pairs perfectly with soft cheeses, lychees, plums, and white chocolate.
