Once again from our favourite tequila producer, comes this amazing Mezcal from Durango. this batch was aged for 5 years in glass demijanes. Its lightly smoked, sweet and herbal, the agave used for this product was Cenizo. This seductive mezcal is made with cenizo agave that grows wild in the Mexican state of Durango, noted for its rich soils and natural springs. The mezcal itself is full and rich, with notes of honey, roasted nuts, smoke, chocolate and toasty oak, with a touch of aromatic fruit.
The lid is made by hand by Huichol artisans on a style called Chaquira where all the beads get had sticked one by one. The Bottle is carved and to the touch is very asperous, made of a volcanic material.
