"Bright pale straw-yellow colour with slight golden hues, the bead persistent and moderately fine. This has a light, fresh bouquet with delicate aromas of white and yellow stonefruits alongside citrus and floral elements, unfolding subtle nuances of yeast, nuts and minerals. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, a rounded core of yellow stonefruits interwoven with nuances of yeast and smoke is the feature on palate.
