A Speyside single malt Scotch whisky as intriguing and extraordinary as Benriach could not have come to be without a unique whisky making heritage, dating from 1898, when founder John Duff built his distillery. Ruggedly beautiful, Benriach stands on the site of the old Riach farm in north Speyside, drawing water from a mineral-rich aquifer, deep beneath the distillery. Thanks to a long-standing tradition of distilling three styles of whisky; classic unpeated, Highland peated and triple distilled, together with an eclectic selection of casks from around the world, their whisky makers are able to explore the full flavour possibilities of single malt, creating some of the richest, most multi-layered whiskies in Speyside.

This is one of the oldest single cask Benriach whiskies to ever reach Australia, hand-selected by the Master Blender Dr. Rachel Barrie. The Benriach 1997 24 Year Old Single Cask Bourbon Barrel is a truly satisfying whisky that amplifies the classic Speyside flavours to create a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The flavour profile is a feast for the senses, with notes of baked apples, honey cream, sweet nectarine and white chocolate fudge. The finish is rich and viscous, with enduring oak spices that linger on the palate long after the last sip.

For each BenRiach Cask Bottling, their Master Blender Rachel Barrie specifically selects a single cask which shows exceptional taste and character - individual, yet smooth, rounded and full of personality. Each Cask Bottling is an exclusive limited release, bottled from a single cask showcasing a distinctive facet of BenRiach. Each bottle is individually hand-numbered, non chill filtered and natural colour.
