Adams Distillery Signature Series Second Release is an exceptional single malt whisky cask strength, bottled at 59% ABV. Crafted from barrels of ex-bourbon and hand-selected casks of Port, Sherry, Maple Syrup, Tipo Jerez, and Pinot Noir, this whisky is bold but balanced with multiple layers of sweet and smoky flavors to explore.
The tasting notes are deep and rich dried fruits, with hints of Christmas pudding, nuts with a touch of spice, and cracked vanilla bean and burnt orange peel. The palate reveals sweet bourbon notes, followed by a rich mouthfeel and red and black fruits. The finish is a delightful combination of spice and dried fruit with lingering ginger bread and Christmas cake.
