Nose: Rich charred plums and pineapple open up the nose, before moving toward boozy
toffee apple caramel and Toblerone.
Palate: Sweet Cadbury chocolate and caramel hit before a transition to a cherry ripe & heavily stewed red delicious apples, doused in caramelized white chocolate.
Finish: Warming cinnamon & pea hay linger on the finish with milk chocolate. 
As one of 7K distillery's oldest and largest casks decanted to date, an exciting sign of things to come!
