23rd Street Distillers have perfected the art of crafting a spirit, expertly trimming and polishing its character. Our Signature Rum is bold and radiates energy, with notes of sticky date pudding and marmalade toast. Enjoy its hot, inviting outlook and scents of butterscotch, ginger, and vanillin oak. On the palate, it offers the warmth of the sun on a cane field, with a hint of marmalade and a gentle ginger spice. The rum is double distilled from Australian sugarcane, then aged in reused ex-bourbon oak barrels. Finally, it is reduced back to bottling strength, reflecting the Riverland climate and imparting a perfect golden hue.
