The Balvenie 12 Year Old Golden Cask is a unique single malt shaped by the fusion of Caribbean warmth and Scottish coolness. Matured for twelve years in traditional whisky casks, it develops classic notes of honey and vanilla before being finished in rum-seasoned casks crafted from Caribbean and Speyside-aged rums. This method imparts layers of tropical candied fruit, toasted oak, and subtle spice. The nose offers ripe banana, vanilla, and toffee peanut brittle; the palate reveals dried fruits, malted barley, and toffee, finished with lingering woody spice. A complex, balanced whisky with a long, smooth finish.
