Dunes & Greene Pinot Chardonnay is a lovely great quality sparkling wine. I have tasted this wine on numerous occassions with friends and it was enjoyed by all. It has a lovely creamy palate that has slight hints of strawberry. It is a refreshing crisp sparkling that has a great balance of acidity. It is rivaling some at more than double the price.
From the Winemaker's: Dunes & Greene is deftly created by wine maker Teresa Heuzenroeder crafting sophisticated fizz, marrying the distinctive flavours. Dunes & Greene Pinot Chardonnay Sparkling has a lifted delicate nose with strawberries and cream from the Pinot Noir fruit and fresh lemon zest from the Chardonnay. The palate is fruit driven and fresh, with added layers of cream and softness from the secondary fermentation and bottle fermentation. Dunes & Greene Chard Pinot Noir is well balanced fresh, with lingering flavour and great mouthfeel.
