Distilled with pure Mt Warning Spring water and 26 botanicals, 18 of which are native to the Northern Rivers region, the gin features a harmonious blend of regional ingredients and offers a classic flavor. Notable botanicals include Byron Sunrise Finger Limes, Aniseed Myrtle, Cinnamon Myrtle, Macadamia, Native Ginger, and Native Raspberry, just to name a few. Additionally, a portion of Brookie's profits go towards the Big Scrub Land Care Foundation and their mission to restore the local rainforest.
