Beresford MCLV Shiraz is an elegant mix of spicy cloves, musky redskin, and faint zataar, with hints of vanilla bean spice and fig seed. Complex aromas of mulberry and blackberry conserve mingle with spicy ripe red plum for a multifaceted bouquet. Grapes are harvested when they reach the perfect level of color and flavor, and are then crushed and fermented for around seven to ten days at temperatures of 20 degrees Celsius. This robust wine displays a full-bodied palate and lush mulberry fruits. Subtle oak aging adds complexity and enhances the flavors, with fine, powdery tannins adding structure and balance. Beresford MCLV Shiraz features great depth, length and structure.
