Fresh and floral, Forty Spotted Raspberry & Rose gin is a beautiful expression of heady rose petals and tart-sweet raspberries. This is a relatively low ABV gin, which makes it perfect for sipping on a hot summer's day. The classic gin profile of juniper and pine is muted, allowing the fruits and botanicals to shine. The tart raspberry flavour is highlighted with citrus notes, moving seamlessly to a bright pop of pink grapefruit, cleansing the palate and framing the beautiful berry and rose finish. The rose petals and raspberries not only impart lush flavours and aromas, but also a lovely pink hue. The colour makes it perfect to serve with a craft tonic or soda water, to allow the flavours to release and the clour to shine through.
