Crafted with a blend of Gentle Folk's finest estate vineyards and select grapes from the Wilsmore and St James's vineyards in Piccadilly, the Pinot Noir is a reflection of the cool season we experienced. While still embodying Gentle Folk's signature style of aromatic dance on the nose and a smooth tannin finish, this vintage is lighter and more ethereal. With 20% of the blend made using open top fermentation and a small portion of 100% whole bunch fermentation, followed by eight months in French oak barrels, including 10% new, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
