Evan & Tate Classic Cabernet Merlot 750ML

The grapes were sourced from our vineyards in northern and central Margaret River from sites ideally suited to growing these two varieties.

The Merlot portion was cold soaked for five days, which was followed by an early pressing to ensure a softly structured wine at blending.

COLOUR

Vibrant purple, with a brilliant red rim.

AROMA

Bold redcurrant and cranberry notes with a touch of dried herbs. 

PALATE

Plum, blackberry and black olive flavours drive the wine with a lovely soft and fleshy
structure

West Australian lamb with garlic mashed potatoes.
