Adams Distillery has taken the best of the best & married them together for our first release of their new signature series. Bourbon Casks, Sherry Casks and some cheeky Pinot Noir Casks all occupy this space to give you the perfect balance of fragrant fruits and lingering spices. A rich mouth feels with the sweet bourbon cask on the front of the pallet, and the sherry and pinot casks fill the middle pallet with rich red and black fruits, followed by a long Christmas spice finish.
