An Italian inspired 'cola-influenced' release from Lark. In a moment of experimental creativity, Head Distiller Chris Thomson turned to a locally-made, Italian-style carbonated beverage, Chinotto, to season a selection of casks. Lark's thick, smoky viscosity melded seamlessly with the sweet intensity of the Chinotto, creating an unconventional malt. You'll find aromas of soft sweet smoke, lemon zest and malted milkshakes followed by flavours of charred citrus, gingerbread, sweet Tasmanian peat, chocolate and bitter orange oil. 49% Alc./Vol.
