Chita is an inventive grain whisky from the Chita Peninsula, known for its serene Japanese whisky production. Distillation is done with anywhere from two to four columns, which produces three types of grain whisky—clean, medium, and heavy. After aging in select casks, the whiskies are blended to form the Chita Single Grain. It's a sublimely smooth, diverse, and complex whisky with hints of sweetness, backed by the award-winning House of Suntory Whisky.
