Grenache is a vital grape in this region and for our winery. We source from various vineyards in our coastal, windswept area and ferment and mature separately before blending for a richly aromatic and complex wine. Its captivating aroma boasts raspberry, cranberry, and red currant, complemented by the scents of musk, blood orange, and cassia bark.
