Pale Malt, Munich, Caramalt & Wheat Malt.

Hops:
EKG (UK) kettle bittering, Cascade (US/AUS/NZ) & one other hop variety (based on seasonal variations using the best hops available) in the whirlpool and Cascade (USA/Aus), Chinook (USA) & one other hop variety in the hopback.

Pairing: All rounder. Pizzas, burgers, grilled meats, and mussels in flavorsome broths.
