Australian Distillery Four Pillars, their Distiller Cam's annual tribute to four things he loves: Australia, Christmas, Gin, and his late Mum, Wilma. It smells like gin and tastes like Christmas. To make this special annual release they distill Christmas puddings, then age this gin in 100-year-old Muscat barrels adding a tweak of Rutherglen Muscat before bottling. The result is a rich palate of plum pudding character with a hint of sweetness from the Muscat.
