This exceptional rum is crafted using a unique and carefully crafted double barrel finishing process, developed by the Master Distillers' Collective. Selected from the finest reserves of the distillery, the rum undergoes a special ageing process in port barrels, resulting in a rich and distinct character. Afterwards, it is transferred to sherry barrels for added sweetness and balance. The end product is a truly complex and sophisticated rum, featuring notes of honey, caramel, and spice, and finishing with an unparalleled smoothness.
