Bombay Sapphire East is a limited release gin inspired by a 1761 recipe. The Carter Head Still method used steams the botanicals and imparts their essential oils to the gin. Compared to the original Bombay Original Dry, four additional botanicals (grains of paradise, cubeb berries, Thai lemongrass, Vietnamese black pepper) are included.
