Grapes for Beresford MCLV GSM were chosen based on their color and flavor, then crushed and fermented for 7-10 days at ~20°C. The Grenache matured in 5-year-old hogsheads, the Shiraz in a mix of new and 1-year-old French oak hogsheads, and the Mourvedre in new American oak puncheons.
